What is webinar lead generation?
It is the work of getting the right people to register for and attend your webinar, then turning that attention into leads. We promote the event before it happens and follow up with attendees after it.
Do you run in-person events?
No. We work only with webinars and virtual events. We do not staff booths or run on-site programs.
How do you get people to register?
We invite buyers who match your brief by email and phone, using personalised, segmented messages. Registrations are captured on a landing page and delivered as leads.
What do we get after the event?
Leads that match your brief, with a record of who registered and who attended. Leads are phone-verified and delivered into your CRM.
What happens if a lead does not match our brief?
It is replaced within 48 hours. Tell us which leads missed the agreed brief and why, and we replace them.
Which privacy rules do you follow?
We follow GDPR, CASL and TCPA.
How soon before the event should we start?
Programs launch within a week of kickoff, with a minimum of 3 days.
Can you support a series of webinars?
Yes. One brief covers each session, and we adjust between sessions based on who registered and attended.
Which webinar topics work best?
Topics that help a buyer decide: a how-to session, a product walkthrough, a customer panel or a report review. We go through your plan at kickoff.
What should we do with registrants who did not attend?
Follow up with the recording or an invitation to the next session. The delivery record shows who registered and who attended, so you can split the follow-up.
How do you check lead quality?
Every lead gets a 100% audit before delivery and goes through a four-step quality drill-down before it ships. Leads are phone-verified. Rejected leads are replaced within 48 hours.
Which qualification levels can you deliver?
MQL, HQL and BANT. An MQL has shown interest and fits your profile. An HQL is ready to talk business. A BANT lead is checked for budget, authority, need and timeline. You choose the level in the brief.
Do we pay for leads we reject?
No. You pay for leads you accept. We invoice accepted leads at campaign completion, on the payment terms agreed up front.
